hello, since the last post, I should probably wish everyone Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Chinese New Year and Happy Valentine's day. :)
I don't even know why I didn't bother blogging for all these event when half of the time I was like bumming around and the other half, yea, still doing nothing.
after being done with my summer course, we were in Bali! YEAH Bali! why didn't I blog about that!?! maybe I will, after I get all the pictures from Daryl. Bali was fun. and then after that I was in Bandung till the end of Jan. came back here for consumer behaviour exam, and got a distinction for that. and went back to Bandung again for CNY. and now I'm back here since Monash started a week ago. thats the review of the past 4 months of my life.
anyway, I thought of blogging today because I actually have some pictures to go along with this post...
well 2 days ago, I tried making fortune cookies for my 1st anniv :)
I found the recipe online and youtube. I swear, they make it look so easy! but it was actually quite easy...
seriously though, I can never read a recipe and actually imagine doing what they wrote... and YouTube really helped me with this. this video that I found is super awesome. oh and I love how the measurement of the ingredients are measured with teaspoon and tablespoon because it's so much more simple and less confusing. I actually wanted the cookies to be red/pink color and I did add food coloring onto the mix, but when it was baked, it was still brown. oh well.

this was my very first fortune cookies! I was literally jumping up and down after making just one cookie!

and I added white chocolate and heart sugar thingy onto the cookies to prettified them.the while chocolate made it too sweet though, oh well, I'm not the one that is going to eat them :p
and that's the final result :)well, thats all I can think of writting for today.
